Registration is now open to the Ashtanga Yoga Intro course that will start on 22nd of September. The four-class intro course is for beginners and those willing to get to know the Ashtanga Yoga system.
The course will last for two weeks. There will be two classes each week: one on Tuesday and one on Thursday. Classes will start at 19:00 and finish at 20:00.
During the course we will focus on the very basics of Ashtanga Yoga, breathing, basic postures and their sequence. As a result, you will be able to join the regular Ashtanga Yoga classes.
