Yoga for beginners

Yoga for beginners is a yoga practice dedicated to anybody wishing to stretch the body softly and attentively, experience a deep breath and take time to meditate and relax. It is an anti-stress yoga practice, that aims to reduce the tention in body and mind. Previous experience in yoga is not necessary. Registration is required: info@surya.lt.
