Inga is a certified yoga teacher also holding a master’s degree in psychology. Starting teaching ashtanga yoga in 2003, Inga has always led her classes following the Ashtanga Vinyasa system.

About ashtanga yoga
According to Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, who has developed and presented the Ashtanga Vinyasa system to the West, Ashtanga Vinyasa in not merely physical exercises, it aims to use asanas (postures), pranayama (the breathe) and vinyasa (merging of asanas in a flow of motion and breathe) to calm your mind and open your heart.
